Renegotiating

The center contention in the paper is that what makes a difference to Africa isn't so much the promotion around the learning do my homework economy or data society and some distraught hurry into it. Or maybe, the paper battles that the data upheaval that has more noteworthy centrality for Africa isn't a transformation in innovation.
