The majority of the time dangerous events are close calls that could have killed or seriously injured someone. There must be consequences for these near misses in order to attempt and stop them from happening again. Heavy machinery collapsing, poisonous liquid spills, electrical fires, and explosions from flammable materials are examples of dangerous events. If sufficient safety precautions are taken, many harmful situations are preventable. The number of accidents at work will go down if incidents are reported. Knowing what "Riddor" means will make it easier to avoid such casualties. To know what does riddor stands for , visit this page!
