Researchers have administrated studies showing that intake a low-carbohydrate, diet reduces blood sugar levels. The body breaks down carbohydrates into sugar that the body uses as energy. Some carbs are necessary within the diet. However, for folks with diabetes, intake too several carbohydrates will cause blood sugar to spike too high. Reducing the quantity of carbohydrates an individual chow reduces the amount a human blood sugar spikes.
