A deep and sensual look goes through having thick and curly eyelashes that attract attention. Here we give you easy tips to beautify the look and get more attractive eyelashes.
It is true, currently there are false eyelashes or chemical treatments to make them look longer and voluminous. However, there are home remedies and tricks to grow eyelashes, maintain their thickness, and make them look longer and healthier.
How to get more attractive lashes
As with any part of your body, food is essential to have more attractive eyelashes, long, strong, healthy and full strands. Like nails and hair, they are composed of a protein called "keratin" that requires certain nutrients to be produced. Add legumes, low-fat dairy, fish, lean red meat, eggs, chicken, rice, broccoli, pineapple, papaya, guava, grapefruit, and strawberries to your menu. You will notice the difference and you will be able to lengthen your lashes in no time.
Things to avoid
A fatal mistake is not removing makeup from your eyelashes before going to sleep. Know the consequences of sleeping with makeup. As tired as you are, when you return from a party or the disco, remove your makeup with a special product for it, otherwise the fine strands of the eyelashes will be weakened. Avoid using waterproof masks, as they are more difficult to remove and damage your lashes a lot.
Get a good makeup
For a good makeup, you need to make sure that your mascara brush is the right one . Those with more bristles lengthen and roll the lashes to perfection. You can also combine them, first using a small brush (to do all of them) and then a large brush to perfect. Dare to try the foundations on the market to give your eyelashes more thickness and shape. It is the first thing you should apply before resorting to the mask, and in any case try the classic homemade masks, which you can prepare at home and not damage your skin or eyelashes.
Remedies to strengthen them and stimulate their growth
It is worth including in your routine a home remedy to promote the growth and strengthening of the eyelashes. For example, every night before bed (and after makeup has been removed), apply olive oil with a cotton ball. A couple of drops for each eye. Massage so that it penetrates the area well and do not rinse. Let it absorb.
Use natural oils
The next day, rinse with plenty of warm water and follow your regular cleaning steps. Other similar options are castor oil, liquid petroleum jelly, almond oil and vitamin E oil, they are ideal for stimulating growth and increasing thickness.
How to prevent them from breaking
To prevent the eyelashes from breaking, they recommend chamomile tea . Prepare an infusion and let it cool. Soak a cotton ball and place it on your closed eyes every night before sleeping. Green tea is also great because it contains antioxidants and flavonoids that clean and repair the lash structure.
