In this peculiar summer of 2020, brands have continued to use video to win us over. Although not all of us have the budget of Estrella Damn or Pescanova, we believe that it is always a good idea to look for the best examples to inspire us. Therefore, I want to share with you the 10 video marketing campaigns that have surprised us the most this summer .

1) Campofrío
Campofrío has decided to bet on humor with its summer campaign. " Extras " is made up of two 30-second spots that highlight the fact that their ham does not contain extra ingredients. Therefore, to add something to the ad, two "extra ... ordinary" situations are proposed: an epic tasting and a "fine" katana cut.
The campaign started on August 7 and will be active for five weeks on different digital media, including YouTube , digital media, online television and social networks. The creativity has been the responsibility of the McCann agency.
2) Estrella Damm
Summer wouldn't be summer without ads for this mythical beer.
Every time the course ends, marketers wait to see which campaign Estrella Damm surprises us with. Traditionally, her ads revolved around friendship, music and enjoyment, but in 2019 she took a radical turn to propose an awareness campaign around caring for the environment.

This summer, the UN Program for the Environment has surprised us with a video marketing action to warn of the pollution of the seas: the " Life Below Water " campaign .
As a nature documentary, the video shows us the new species that is dominating the seas throughout the planet: plastics. With spectacular images and the voice of Morgan Freeman as the narrator, this campaign by the Goodby Silverstein & Partners agency seeks to raise awareness of the damage that our waste produces in the ecosystem.
9) Government of Gran Canaria
