If you are trying to lose weight, the first factor to consider is how much you are eating. You have to eat fewer calories than you end up burning at the end of the day. But can't you burn more calories with exercise? Of course. The longer you exercise, the more you burn; The more intense your exercise, the more you burn. It depends on how you prefer to plan your workouts. Walking for an hour will burn about the same calories as running for half an hour. Floraspring Reviews
