by hilda xavier (2020-09-14)

Many people, when they hear the term mental health, think of mental illness. But mental health is much more than the absence of mental illness. It is related to the daily life of all of us, with the way in which each one gets along with their family, at school, at work, at play, with their peers, in their neighborhood, in the community.
Mental health is something we all want for ourselves, whether we know it by name or not. When we talk about happiness, peace of mind, the capacity for enjoyment or satisfaction, we are usually talking about mental health.
