In the teaching profession, the quality of students' learning and the quality of teachers' pedagogical activities are positively correlated. . Therefore, professionalizing the teaching profession is the industry's commitment to society about the quality of the vocational workforce, which is also a way to affirm the value of the pedagogical profession in society. To meet that requirement, teachers must go through a process of learning and practicing skills actively and thoroughly, from initial training to continuous fostering in practice.
