by grace edens (2023-02-08)

To recover your Webroot account, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Webroot login page: www.webroot.com/secure

  • Click the "Forgot Password" link.

  • Enter the email address associated with your Webroot account.

  • Click the "Submit" button.

  • Check your email for a message from Webroot with the subject "Password Reset Instructions."

  • Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

  • Log in to your Webroot account using your new password.

If you are unable to reset your password using these steps, try the following:

  • Make sure that you are using the correct email address.

  • Check your spam or junk email folder to see if the password reset email was sent there.

  • If you still can't find the password reset email, contact Webroot customer support for assistance.

Note: If you are unable to access the email address associated with your Webroot account, you will need to provide additional information to verify your identity before Webroot can assist you with resetting your password. This may include your name, address, and a copy of a government-issued ID. webroot.com/secure
