Since we were little, we have heard that sleep is very important for our health and general well-being. If we don't rest well, we don't perform the next day. In addition, it is essential to sleep so that our brain reorganizes the information of that day. The amount of sleep required varies depending on the stage of development in which we are, but the need to sleep a minimum of hours and rest well to maintain good health is maintained.
