Process
It begins by beating the black fig flea in a container, when it is properly crushed you have to add three or four drops of lemon. After time the area is washed with plenty of warm water and dried with a clean washcloth.
Lemon and tomato mask
Thanks to the vitamin and antioxidant contributions of lemon and tomato, the neck can reflect youth and freshness in a few weeks. The skin on the neck is different from the other parts of the body, it is more fragile, thin and sensitive, therefore it requires special care. This is the best opportunity to eliminate sagging neck with this vegetable juice where it is only required:
• A spoon of lemon juice
• Two take
• Two spoons of sugar
Preparation
The tomatoes must be washed beforehand and then chopped into small parts, then they are taken to a container where they are beaten together with the tablespoon of lemon juice. When both ingredients are crushed, two tablespoons of sugar are added to obtain a uniform paste. Then a piece of cotton is taken to apply the mask on the neck and it is left for approximately 15 minutes.
In a few minutes you can feel the freshness of lemon and tomato. It is important to withdraw the treatment after time, otherwise the lemon can irritate the skin, to remove it it is necessary to use warm water. It is recommended to follow this method at night twice a week.
Orange mask
Treatment based on orange and carrot which provide minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and beta-carotene. Both ingredients can contribute to eliminate the sagging of the neck caused by age, it also provides hydration and firmness that the skin needs. For its preparation the following is needed:
• Juice of one orange
• A carrot
• A tablespoon of honey
Preparation
The carrot must be washed and then cut into small pieces, then it is taken to the blender incorporating the orange juice. The result should be a very uniform juice so that later the tablespoon of honey is added. Now you must apply the product on the flaccid part with the help of a piece of cotton and let it act for 20 minutes. Finally, it is removed with warm water and dried with a clean towel. The procedure should be done in the morning three times a week.
Melon and apple mask
Natural treatment that helps to eliminate the sagging of the neck, thanks to the properties of melon and apple, a toned and smooth skin can be obtained as a result in a few weeks. For its preparation you have to buy the following:
• Two tablespoons of oatmeal
• A tablespoon of honey
• Three teaspoons of melon
• Half apple
Process
You have to get three squares of melon and half an apple, then take it to the blender so that both fruits are well mixed and the result should be a homogeneous paste. Now the oatmeal and honey are incorporated for the treatment to be effective, when it is ready it is applied to the flaccid area (neck) with a small piece of cotton and left to act for 20 minutes.
After the time it is necessary to remove the product with fresh water and clean the neck with a clean and dry cloth. Ideally, repeat the procedure three times a week before going to bed, to start the day with excellent protection.
Exercises for sagging neck
The exercises can help to firm the skin of the neck and avoid the appearance of flaccidity, it is advisable to perform them in moderation and keep in mind the previous tips that will help improve the elasticity of the skin.
Exercise to stylize and firm the skin
The first thing is to sit in a chair making sure that the back is straight. Afterwards, the neck must be grasped with both hands and the chin must be raised by tilting the head back until it is unfolded. Then you return to the starting position. It is recommended to do this exercise 10 to 12 times, three times a week in the morning.
Exercise for the sides of the neck
The posture is the same as the first (sitting in a chair with your back straight), then you have to turn your head to the right side. The tip of the tongue should be against the roof of the palate. The movement can be done 10 to 12 times on the same side and then repeated on the left side.
Exercise to activate muscles
This exercise consists of keeping the mouth closed and the jaw together but not pressing. Then the tongue is placed towards the upper palate and a clockwise circle is made. Ideally, do this movement 10 to 12 times, two or three times a week.
