There are certain drinks that help us lose weight, since they facilitate the burning of fat. We tell you what they are so that you can include them, or not, in your day to day
If you are trying to lose weight, you should not only watch what you eat, but also what you drink. There are certain drinks that can help you lose weight, especially the fat accumulated in the belly.
Although they do not work miracles by themselves, since you must take care of your diet and follow a series of basic guidelines, they can give you a boost and make you lose an extra kilo.
1) Green tea
Green tea is one of the most effective for weight loss, as numerous studies, such as this one from 2008, have shown. A total of 60 overweight people followed a diet for three months. Some drank green tea and others drank a placebo. After twelve weeks, those who drank green tea lost 3.3 kilos more than those who did not.
Other research found consuming green tea extract produced significant decreases in body weight, fat, and belly.
This fat-burning power may be due to the fact that this tea is especially rich in catechins, natural antioxidants that can speed up metabolism and promote weight loss.
You need to drink two to three cups of green tea a day to see results. Be careful not to overdo it, as it is a powerful stimulant as it contains theine.
2) Water with lemon and cucumber
An ideal option to drink and lose weight is water with cucumber and lemon. Cucumber and lemon water help provide antioxidants essential for efficient body function. Lemon helps digestion properly and has alkalizing and detoxifying properties. They are natural diuretics and can help reduce bloating, inflammation, and fluid retention. Drinking this drink once a day in the morning can do wonders for your weight loss challenge. To prepare it you must cut a lemon and a cucumber in equal parts, into slices. Then you have to put everything in a glass of water and wait about 15 minutes for the flavors and properties to melt.
3) Black tea
The black tea promotes weight loss to the decrease glucose production in the body. It also contains antioxidants that help you lose weight and stimulate metabolic activity to help you burn more calories.
A study of 111 people revealed that drinking three cups of black tea per day for three months significantly increased weight loss and reduced waist circumference.
You should not drink more than two cups a day, as it contains a lot of theine.
4) Apple cider vinegar
The apple vinegar has a main active component, the acetic acid, which promotes weight loss. It reduces the level of sugar in the blood and the storage of fat.
It also suppresses the centers that control appetite in the brain and increases the AMPK enzyme in the body, which increases the fat burning process.
Also, according to some research, apple cider vinegar is good for your health, as it fights pathogens, including bacteria.
5) Aloe Vera
The juice of aloe vera is a natural detoxifier and a great source of polysaccharides and powerful antioxidants. Its high content of vitamin B promotes weight loss by boosting metabolism and reducing appetite. It also lowers the blood sugar level and restricts the accumulation of fat.
6) Coffee
There are many studies showing that caffeine can help increase metabolic rate by up to 11%. In fact, six different studies found that people who consume 270 mg of caffeine per day (about three cups) burn an additional 100 calories every 24 hours.
In addition to coffee, tea is also ideal for weight loss, as it contains catechins, which can help speed up metabolism.
Diabetes is a disease that occurs when your body doesn’t make or use the hormone insulin properly. It causes too much blood glucose (sugar) to build up in the blood. There are 2 main types of diabetes. Type 1 diabetes occurs when your body doesn’t produce any insulin. It’s sometimes called juvenile diabetes because it’s usually discovered in children and teenagers, but it may appear in adults, too. Gluconite Reviews
